PT-141 dosage: the amount, the unit, the label
The number is inseparable from the medicine, the population and the route it describes.
PT-141 dosage for women, as the label specifies
The US bremelanotide prescribing information specifies 1.75 mg injected under the skin, as needed, at least 45 minutes before anticipated sexual activity, for acquired, generalized HSDD in premenopausal women. Its limits are no more than one dose per 24 hours and no more than eight doses per month. These are label facts, not a personal dose or a schedule supplied by this site.
I put the population before any interpretation of the amount. The same label does not approve use in men, postmenopausal women or for sexual performance, and it contraindicates use with uncontrolled hypertension or known cardiovascular disease. A number detached from those restrictions is no longer a faithful account of the label.
PT-141 dosage in ml asks about a different unit
Milligrams describe the amount of a substance; millilitres describe a volume of liquid. An amount in mg does not by itself establish a volume in ml. That requires a verified concentration for the particular preparation. The approved label concerns a defined pharmaceutical supplied as a ready-to-use injection. Unspecified research-chemical material falls outside that label.
Without that concentration, I see an invented certainty in the conversion. Unregulated material offers no assured identity, purity or concentration, a concern reinforced by the forensic testing of illicit peptide products. A conversion or reconstitution recipe would give that unknown material a certainty the evidence does not provide.

How much PT-141 to inject? How to dose PT-141?
Those questions need a decision about an individual, rather than a copied trial amount. A request for a personal amount cannot be answered from a published group result. A licensed clinician's assessment precedes an individual prescribing decision. The label supplies the documented amount for its approved indication; it does not authorize this page to extend that amount to anyone else.
Older research also used a nasal route. The early development profile described a spray programme before the later subcutaneous approval, while the original pharmacology report covered dose-ranging erectile activity. Different routes and research populations are not interchangeable alternatives. The nasal programme was discontinued because the absorbed amount varied too much between doses.
PT-141 duration and blood levels
The label pharmacokinetics gives a median time to peak blood level of approximately 0.5-1.0 hour and a terminal half-life of approximately 2.7 hours, with a range of 1.9-4.0 hours. Half-life is the time for blood concentration to fall by half late in the curve; sexual-desire duration is a separate measurement.
A separate brain-imaging study in 31 premenopausal women with HSDD reported increased sexual desire for up to 24 hours. That outcome applies to the study; an individual's duration remains uncertain. I would be wary of making the two clocks agree simply because they appear under the same compound name.
